i dont think you could go any lower than maybe Unibond as i play for Billingham Town who are on the game, and in the Northern League which is just below the Unibond, if we won the league we could not step upto Unibond as alot of Northern League teams who win the league cannot step up because their ground is not good enough for Unibond and they dont have the finances to re-build to be good enough. In real life, Whitley Bay won our league and cannot make the step up due to ground/finances so for FM to go lower would be pretty unrealistic as it would be virtually impossible to get out of in my opinion. So the only way possible would be to tweak ground/rep to have any change of getting up the leagues.
