Hm... i do like the background.. but i really don't like the effect on his arms. is that a strg+shift+x-effect?
Maybe think about puttin' one more "normal" layer above that one with the effect (like in my signature the lehmann in the background). ^^
Aaand... ich like the effect round ballack, that shining-thingy! really nice!
