I don't mean to sound smart but cant you do this when your selecting the playable nations at the start of the game(or is this if you want more than one nationality to ne loaded up)

You can do that but it is easier to make a .ddt file with all the nations that you want. Here's a site which more or less does it for you -

It will still work and no, you can put all nations in one file. You can do it quickly using this - http://footballmanagerportal.co.uk/c.../visitsite/853

Retain clubs - this loads all players from clubs only from the chosen country(ies) whatever their nationality.

Retain nations - this loads all players from the chosen country(ies) no matter which club they play for.

You can alway go to this site and it will do the same thing. It says on the site that its a generator for FM2007 but it does work perfectly with the current game because I have used it before.
