I'm a Rio fan but i have to admit, he might have blown his chances of becoming England captain after today. I know Mikel is bit of a wind up merchant but Rio went over the top. Capello was at the game. In the biggest game of the PL season, Rio lost his cool, whilst Terry didn't. Capello may now think twice about giving Rio the captain band permanently if he can't keep his cool in such a big game, which would question his leadership in the international arena. I know its just one game but one game is, sometimes, all it takes, especially of a game of this magnitude. In Rio's defense, compared to Terry, he has been a lot calmer and more of an example this season than Terry. I wouldn't go with Gerrard, as i don't think he needs the added pressure of being captain, considering how he can be inconsistent for England. So with all the paper talk this morning about Rio being the leading candidate for the England captain role, after this afternoon, its fair to say that he is no longer a clear favorite.

Rio are deserve to be captain. I think Terry is the loosers he make a bade fate to England to disqualified the EURO 2008. Cappello make the mistake again.
