AC Milan midfielder Kaka will resist any approach from Chelsea in the summer.
A spokesman for Kaka said: "There has been absolutely no contact with Chelsea - we do not talk with other clubs. The month before last, Kaka signed a new five-year contract and is very happy at the club.
