My player has a slight concern. He says he is worried by a lack of managerial discipline. Any idea how to solve that?

I've had this. It stays until you fins a player for getting a red card or missing training.

I didn't fine a player because I thought he got 2 harsh yellows and my skipper wasn't pleased at all.

Don't worry about it. Just win some games, fine a player if he misses training or gets sent off for violent conduct (or "warn" him the first time as I do). Slight concern will disappear.

Easy to say just ignore it; call me anal or just plain soppy, but I really hate seeing UNH or whatever next to my players' names.

Trouble is when you have a player who thinks you should fine for 2 yellows and most of your team think disciplining for 2yellows is treating them unfairly - just choose who you want to upset
