Default Who's to blame?

Bet you all thought it was another dig at SI, sorry to disappoint you, but there is something that bugs the hell out of me!

Simply put, it's this: Why is it, when you leave an Asst in charge, whether it be for friendlies or league matches, whether you have set up team and formations or not, do I get the blame for his team talks?

I.E. Players being unhappy with my team talks when asst was in charge?

Has anyone else seen this, and is it potentially a coding fault, ergo a bug, albeit a very minor aesthetic one?

You just have poor assistant manager who can't handle team talks. Players get over it soon enough

True, but the point I'm making is: Why blame me?

I wasn't even there so to speak, the players unhappiness is with how I handled the team talk, not the assistant!

What is even more peculiar is that I played a few seasons with my Ass Man only taking the team talks, whilst I picked the team etc and never had a problem, then I holidayed a month and the team were all unhappy because of team talks.

Maybe he is only good when i'm outside the door and turns into a drunk or violent thug when i'm on me hols.

Unfortunately it happens when you get kicked from an online game

Wouldn't normally do it to be honest.

Because it was your decision to let him.
