Well is there anywhere in FM, where you can edit the commentary ?

Wasn't there some kind of editor released a couple of years ago by SI? If there is such an editor then I would imagine that it would work with this version of the game.

yeah if you go to

c> program files> sports interactive> football manager 2008> data> match events

and open the file 'data.cfg' using wordpad that should allow you to make your changes

there isnt a data file in that directory on mine ?

Shoulod be, game cant run without it hehe.

Just checked mine, is deffo in there, events.cfg, was suprised to see it was such a large file.
