ok so i downloaded the new patch didnt like it much thought i would start a new game with the old patch 8.0.1 but EVERY time i try to start a game with it the program stops responding!!! does anyone know why this is happening?? or how to get around it?

Uninstall...reinsntall...just dont add 8.02 :thup:

Sorry I've yet to come accross that or would be able to assist from that description.

Try the PC problems forum, you may not get as much help in this forum, you may need to click back a few forums to find it.

To be honest as your going to start a new game maybe you may find your better of re-installing the game and the newer patch. The game is much better on patch 8.0.2 ( IMO, that is)

Dis you uninsatll the game and then repatch to 8.0.1?- if so, then an 8.0.2 save game will not run on it.

If this is not the case, when you uninstall, you must clear out the hidden files and the registry for a good reinstall
