Hi I'm writing on behalf of my brother who has the following problem with his editor. When he loads it he get's an error message saying

"This Application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

He's tried re-installing it but it still happens.

Has anyone had this problem and fixed it? Would you please give us an idiots guide on how to do it.
