Whats the lowest amount of fitness percent you start a player with?

Whats the lowest amount of fitness percent you take a player off at (so what percent do you usually take people off)?

Never start a player with less than 95% unless I'm struggling with suspensions and injuries etc.

Always sub a player when he hits less than 70%, unless he having an absolute blinder and there less than 10 mins left on the clock, otherwise 70% my own personal yard stick.

I dont start with ones under 91% unless i have no other choice

And i sub people when they get around 77 and under

I loosely try not to start plyers on less than 90%, if I have another player who i know and trust to play in his position avaliable.

I would always avoid playing players below 80%, even if it means playing an awkward formation I don't want to, or throwing in some of te rubbish in my reserves.

The lowest I've ever started someone with was 32%, but that was because I hadn't noticed.


I usually make subs at around the 60 minute mark, and if there are only a couple of players below 70% at that time, then usually those will be te two coming off, but it depends on the situation.

I'd almost certainly take off anyone below 60%, regardless of the time.
