john2089 Registered User Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	First of all change mode from Indexed to RGB, then resize picture to smaller one. If it is not a transparent picture already, firstly you need to make it transparent (before resizing). Use background eraser tool... play a while with that. But I'm almost sure you are using gif file when editing, that's why you end up with rough edges.
