In around season 2009 now, what's with the player pics that look like some guy just muckin around with a webcam or posing for a magazine. For example; Claudio Cafagna.

its the face in the game feature.
there wass a competition, where you would send you pic and details and they put you in as a regen.
a nice idea spoilt by the lack of quality control regarding the pics.

hmm... nice idea, but it does somewhat take something away from the realism of the game. It's just a reason for people to gloat about being in the game. Or so it seems.

One of the few things that annoys me with this game.

It doesn't.
I've deleted that folder myself and now these mutated geek's pictures don't appear in my game.

Yeah, I was surprised that SI let these pictures in without checking their quality.

What was funny was the way examples were posted with huge crosses thru them to discourage bad quality pics.

They obviously didn't get enough good quality ones and just thought "Sod it..."

I have to agree and it was the fact that they didn't want bad pictures that stopped me entering as I couldn't find one.

If they do it again I'll probably enter but I hope choose the pictures better
