Dugouts. Vertical Folder

Can someone tell me where/when the contents of this folder are displayed? I've edited the horizontal folder and the contents show up in-game fine but nothing in the vertical folder apparently shows.
Any help would be great.

When in split match view, the pitch is vertical and you should be able to see the dugouts there
