I have been editing the past few weeks and got bored and want to reset the game, how do i reset it? I said yest to backing up database when i first edited.

Just copy the backup files into the 'db' folder, saying 'yes' to overwrite them all - the 'db' folder is in 'data'.

They're probably in My Documents/Sports Interactive/... etc.

Now, I'm very new to the boards and I've no doubt that you've got some kind of sharp-tongued retort that you can't wait to share with me, but - you know what? I don't care.

How nice of you to say hello! My name is Dan. Not Atkinson. And I stopped being a dude when I turned 11 and grew out of my Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles t-shirt. Maybe perhaps you're going through the very phase I went through when I was a kid. I don't know. And just like you, I don't care! You can be 12, you can be 21. Heck you could be 89.

The whole superiority thing isn't God-given, it's probably down to the fact that I've been here for a while now, I know the land and I know how far to go and I know which topics have been asked time and time again and people simply don't look for them. Ocassionally, along comes a n00b who doesn't read the rules, who seems not to care what (apparently random) assortment of words go into their topic titles and who have a complete lack of English vowel placement, even though it is their first language (obviously you have to give leeway to the non-English speakers out there) but the whole 'no SMS spk' rule is for those who can't decipher these incoherent ramblings (which is kind of what this post is turning in to! ).

To these few people I'm just like any other individual who tries their best to keep the forum nice and tidy in the absence of any real moderation... I say something. I may not say it with the grace and poise of a royal but then this isn't Windsor bloody Castle is it? Sure I give a lot of respect, and I give kudos but when someone simply doesn't listen, I HAVE to say something. In my defence, I am generally a very amiable person (as I'm sure a lot of people will tell you) but then I'm not here to defend myself, but merely to point out a few of your misgivings about myself and my posts. I've helped a hell of a lot of people while I've been here. I even met a few of them at SI last year.

And about you not caring... I never asked you to! I never asked you to post here either... But you did!
