Not sure if this is the right area to post in but im 90% sure its an editor/data problem that has been editored

I downloaded the matt haugh update and another one to see which was best. after installing i have found that when i start a game it takes about half an hour to go past the first stage of creating the game. it took 10 hours last nite (as i left the computer running) to not even get half way through the manager shortlist stage

what could be the problem here??

i have tried re-installing. using updates 5.0.2 then 5.0.5. I have tried using none of them but nothing seems to be working

Recently I u-installed FM and put it back on and only installed update 5.0.5 but the problem was still there. this was without adding any update or anything

can anyone please help????

I had same problem with some data updates but not with some others...what i do is putting back the original before putting a new data

I am not sure but you could as well try to defrag...

There might have been so many changes it increased the time by so much, although this it not really something I would expect?
