I have been trying to create a kinda super league with the Aussie league by giving the clubs money and clearing the squads... but the other teams keep buying oceanic players instead of anyone worthy of this league... Any ideas... I have tried changing Australia to europe, the league to european, clubs cities to england cities without success... any ideas?

I think you should call this place 'Topsy Turvy Land'. A world where Australian teams are great, where they have loads of money, and the entire continent is moved to the northern hemisphere. Oh and where all of the cities are situated in another country.

And you say there are some problems with your game???

Have you changed Australia to a developed nation with a high reputation and that sort of thing (done by editing Australia as a country).

If you haven't yet, alter the reputations of your league (higher, to 20) and the rest of the world's leagues (lower, around 8-12) in the editor. Also up your squads reputations in the 9000's. Change Australia's languagues to English, Spanish and French so foreigners will want to come more. Little things like that.

I have tried those things already. The players will come... i can sign them but the other 7 managers will only sign Australian or New Zealand players... hence why i tried movinng cities and continents around (so that "home-grown" players would be european / english). I wasn't sure if anyone, in changing leagues before, had found and overcome this problem

What are the managers' nationalities to whom you refer?

I start with all teams managerless... most promote a coach (hence Australian) but the buying of Aussie players is still seen with the foreign coaches who come in (ie French etc)

It's because all of the clubs nationalities are Australian so they will buy Aussies, change the clubs nationality and they will buy players from their "new country"
