no and i believe it is hard coded...but i might be wrong

one more query! havnig edites the Irish league and clubs to roughly eng prem standards how comes the values for the palyers dont get any higher than 4 million?

Have you modify as well the clubs and leagues reputation to higher number?

sorry i was no help...but i am surprise about reputation increase not giving your players higher value...

You have to raise the standard of the irish league if you want to sell players for more.To do this you have to goto the country in editor and the should be a stat which says standard of the league.
