I couldn't figure out what's exactly in te header so far... Not a problem so far because I just the header . I do know it's 34 bytes.

type what
---- ----
1 byte Currently holds 2
1 byte Currently holds 1
3 bytes Holds 'tad'
...

Any ideas for all the bytes.

After this structures are repeating themselves. First you'll get a 4 bytes Int32 with the total number of records found. Then the data starts:

Awards
Cities
Clubs
Injuries
MediaSources
Languages
Nations
FirstNames
SecondNames
CommonNames
Regions
Stadiums
StadiumChanges
Stages
Teams
