Realistically, it won't happen. No player can maintain perfect stats forever and the game doesn't let it. So, no.
ok then that is fine, but i have made a player with stats that im happy with, his ability and potential are both 200, the maximum, at the start of the game hes really good, but later in the game his stats go down and dont get better. wat shall i do?
There is nothing you can do as the game will make the stats drop over time.......other than cheat but you need MCFM for that and as that isn't available yet your stuffed really.
