Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default How do I go about setting up a good training regime?

I have 9 coaches, each assigned to one particular area. Hence I have a 5-star rating in each area; tactics, defending, attacking, goalkeeping etc.

Do I know need to set up my own schedules, such as an attacking one for my attackers etc or is it best to just leave them set on General?

It's best to customise your own. For example, a striker could have loads of shooting, but not much defending. A defender could have defence at the expense of shooting, and a central midfielder should do lots of attack training (because it improves passing).

Try to keep the overall slider at or below the level on general - it'll keep injuries down.
