is there a way in which players dont lash out all the time, ow in the world can u stop this!!!!!or cnt u?

Welcome to the forums- please read the forum rules about not using text speak- many users do not have English as their first language and do not understand this type of shorthand.

There is no specific way to stop lashing out but make sure that your aggressive players are not set to hard tackling and that will help.
