Hi

After two seasons, I have decided to lt my ass. manager do the team talks. I am doing this for two reasons:

1. After a while it becomes boring and repetitive

2. I am not sure that I have control over the talks (ie say something, players react in a non expected way...)

Anyway my question is do I have to look at some other stats( for the as. man of course) to ensure good team talks bsides motivating and maybe man management?
