what do these icons actually mean does it make the player with the lrn icon better? and ive only seen it on other team how do u get your players to tutor a younger player?

Click to see the profile of the player you'd like to BE tutored. Then click player interaction, then scroll down till you see options such as:
'State you will think XXXX will learn well from XXXX'
'Tell XXXXX he should adopt XXXXX game style'

And then you can select which player you would like to tutor the youngster underneath.
I'm not sure what effect it has on the players stats, however it does form a better bond between the players involved, providing they are happy to agree to it
