Hi this is my first time writing on here but Ive looked through the site loads and think its great. I have a few questions first of all about scoring goals. I did have a problem with conceding but ive sorted that out and have finished the last two seasons with Kettering having conceded the least goals in the league. I have done this despite playing, what I think quite an attacking formation. Yet I finish about 8th every season cos there are about 10 clubs who score more. I have tried playing a big and little striker and two little strikers and the two little strikers tend to work better but still not well enough. Also my possesion is always poor and other teams create more chances tham I do they just don't score many of them. How do I score more and dominate games more, bearing in mind im a low league club with very average players. Also with training how come almost all of my players are improving but one or two have red arrows everywhere. How do I train heading? What do coaches need to train mental attributes and set pieces? Thanks in advance for any help I get.
