So from now on i played all my matches in a 3-5-2 system. Where i have moved the ML to the AML spot as we already have 5 midfields. Allthough this seems like a weird choice since forest doesnt have that good MC it is for me way better then then 4-4-2.

Scores
1:1 Swansea A; nothing wrong with this
1:0 S****horpe H; We hit on a counter though we where dominating the game
0:1 Crewe H; A personal error from Smith, to bad a draw would have been better seeing the game.
1:1 Bournemouth A; Again a personal error which costed us a goal.
2:0 Chesterfield A; Finally some scoring it took lots and lots of chances.
2:0 Huddersfield H; Nathen Tyson is finally recoverd from some injury. And scores 2 goals.
0:3 Rotherham A; In a split second we look against a 0:3 score. I guess i should have switched tactics after the 1st goal.
0:0 Northampton H; A shame we brought such a bad match infront of our own public.
2:1 Leyton Orient A; A HUGE error by Smith and we are at 0:1. Luckyly we get it to a deserved victory.
3:0 Bristol City H; Dont know what happend here the former number one we beat with ease. Really nice to see my team make nice combinations and score without the opponent making an error.

After all the matches we are still heading for the first place. With 26 points from 14 matches we are in 2nd position with 3 goals behind millwall who also have 26 points. Behind us Bristol City with 25 points and then a few clubs with 24 points.

I feel we are heading the right way, still looking for good ST and now with the new system a good AM/F C, currently Matt Jansen is doing this job great. Also some AML would be great to have too.
Looks like you're doing a really good job at forest.
I might change to a 3-5-2 system, but i don't know exactly what you mean with moving the ML to the AML. But will have a look after the Leyton Orient match.

Have just found out Nathan Tyson plays best as the right sides FC He only uses his left foot though... Strange that that position is move effective...

A quick update how I'm doing so far. I brought in a right midfielder Alan Dunne and a free agent Roberto Holsen.

For my central midfield position I loaned Kevin Thornton and as my third striker Danny Haynes.

As an assistant manager I contracted Chris Harper for free and a new coach Jake Graham.

I decided to go for a 3-4-3 tactic this time. Results will follow later. Now I'm looking for a defensive midfielder....
