I made this topic because we need to groom the youngsters and make them superstars with the help of other players
So everybody knows that if you tutor a younger player with another player he will gain experience
First question
1. What option between the 3 is best for tutoring?
-role model
-mental
-learn a few moves
If you have 2 similar players when in the personal column says the younger player is similar with another player you give the first option for tutoring(that implies problems see question 2)
When you want to boost the mental attributes you offer mental tutoring.
The last option,I think applies when players are quite different but play in same positions
Second question
2. The problems in tutoring make players hate each other.New contracts seem to work in the small-term,but for the long term they still hate each other. How to resolve that problem?
The only 2 solutions I found for that is offering new contracts(but the problem still appears years later),and selling the players(this is a drastic solution).
What I want from you is the most important thing from this topic
Name some good tutors and some good players that become great coaches but the players should be in this format
Tutor's Name Player Preferred Moves
when you tutor a player he inherits the tutor's preferred moves and that is very important because the youngster gains personality and it can use better his stats.
yesterday I search filtered players for free kicks and long shots and I found 0 players that have 20 at free kick taking and just 1 player that had 20 at long shots taking
so that's why is important for you to specify the name of the player and his preferred moves, because sometimes preferred moves are more important than stats(for example looks for passing rather attempt to score)
I can't give you great tutors because I don't play for a big team(I play with Steaua a sleeping giant)
I used
Van Der Vaart as a tutor for PPM(player Preferred moves)
he had:
Shoots from distance
Places Shots
Likes to beat man repeatedly
and Kompany as a mental tutor,so my tutors are kinda poor but you give example of great tutors and their PPM's and tell us what they can do with the youngsters
