Looks like your playing first season here, so I recommend the following:
Hatem Ben Arfa/Karim Benzema: Your more likely to be able to get Hatem at the start of the season, both of their prices will soar so move quickly. If you get a bid accepted, don't hesitate.
Goran Pandev: Great player, costs around £13-15m.
Another notable mention is Giampaolo Pazzini for £14mish. Klaas Jan Huntelaar in theory should also be a great buy, but from experience he's never really scored that many in the game, so I wouldn't bother. There are hundreds of strikers on the game that can turn world class, but not many young ones are of a very high quality and are affordable from the start.
