Haven't installed the patch yet - was thinking of waiting a few days to see if a fix is released but was just wondering if the superstar players are still the best in the game. For example, I hear that Silva is not as good post patch.
I think that a line up of superstars on 8.0.1 (at the start) would be something like:
Would you still say that would be the same for 8.0.2 or have some players attributes dropped that much that they are no longer considered the best in their position.

Lots of players took a hit stat-wise, but I am in my 3rd after starting a game with the new patch and players perform MUCH better, ie. Rooney hitting 14 goals in 25 in the first season, 38 goals in 42 apps in second season and currently 13 goals in 12 apps, and that's under AI management.

That team is more or less the same. Silva has been downgraded quite a bit, he's still world class but not as phenomenal. De Rossi is even better though.
