May take a little while for the team to get use to, give it a few games.

All the positions are pretty self explanotary, just use a fast striker/creative player in the AMC position but make sure he has decent finishing/composure cause he supports the strikers alot.

i always find that 1striker worked better for my blackpool side, i had stancu upfront on his own and he ripped in 35goals in the season and i came 7th so maybe try a 4-5-1 with two wingers pushing right up and the middle CM set to defensive mentality probably wont work though as its only Barnsley magic
