Default Is it best to have a dedicated fitness coach?

All my staff are coaches and none dedicated to fitness, was wondering if i really need a fitness coach on the books.

As long as you have 7 stars in everything it doesn't really matter but I do tend to hire 2 fitness coaches. One for strength and one for aerobics. I always hire one coach for each area of training so the workload remains light.

Is there any easy to follow short guide to coaches etc anywhere?

I just employ coaches and try to make them a mix...nothing else. Am I missing out badly?
