Since I like to manage LL teams its hard to train the players with a small allowance of coaches (4). How do you guys manage? Is there a way to make the board allow me to add more coaches?

Mind you, there is a fair amount of leeway there - my board last season reckoned I should only have 2 coaches, 1 scout and 1 physio.

I had 6 coaches, 3 scouts, and 2 physios Not much the board can do if I'm still under my overall wage budget - and I've never had them turn down a contract offer to a staff member, although they have limited the wage offers when I'm over my budget in the past.

On my first season at Bath I was only allowed to have one coach, but I managed to sign four, then two more as player/coaches (first I signed them only as players, then once they arrived I offered them a new contract as player/coach).

Seriously, though I just sign the coaches I want until the board blocks me signing any more. As the dead bloke said, there's usually leeway.

Not really, because the board give you a specific amount and should block or look upon you unfavourably if you cross the line.

That said, I will keep an eye on it, because these sorts of threads do end up turning into tipping after a good few posts.
