I was just wondering, say if I was Newcastle and I was bidding for a player but a team like West Ham wanted him, would he rather go to West Ham cos its in London,like in IRL, or does that not happen in FM?

Each city does have an "attractiveness" rating.

You'd have to go into the data editor for a look.
London, Paris, Milan, etc would all have 20.

I think it would depend on a number of reasons e.g. Club Reputation, Manager Reputation, Stadium, Euro qualification. If a foreign player I believe AssMan/Coach nationality may impact hos selection also e.g. someone speaking the same language if a foreign national

There are also things like player adaptability to consider: some players won't settle in certain places well.
