I joined Bolton shortly after they got promoted back to the premiership in 2010 and as part of the 2 year plan the long term goal is to be a major player in the coca cola championship...

i'm currently 9th in the premier league in my 2nd season with them and the board is constantly disappointed that i have not been fulfilling the long term plans of the club.... am I supposed to get relegated or something?

You mean "patch" whitch introduce more bugs, than fixes ?
Dont be bad, but 8.02 have to many bugs/issues introduced, which can be understanble (and acceptable - if hotfix is relased soon) from young and poor company, but not from SI.
Apart from 4 known issues, here is bug with ass man team talk and others. I just dont recall them now.

This bug should be fixed for 8.0.1, although board confidence is still not perfect 8.0.1 at least fixed the "over-achieving" bug.

After instaling 8.02 there are few problems with board confidence remaining.
