I manage minor league teams and the board for Corinthians (Brazilian team) does not allow more than 4 fitness coaches, is there a way to increase that?

are they saying you cant have any more fitness coaches or just coaches in general

if just fitness you dont need any more than that

Sorry, since my game is in Portuguese i dont know the right term, they dont allow me more coaches, the ones that actually train the players for attack, defense, shooting, tactics..etc...

It seems you're stuck with that limitation.
There is a thread lower down, in which someone has suggested a solution might be offering all your coaches Assistant Manager roles.

But you can only have one assistant manager at a time isnt?

Logically you are right.

However, in FM it is possible to have more providing the person is interested in sharing the role.

In this thread NepentheZ says he has six Asst Mananagers and six coaches!
