Unless you create two manager profiles for yourself.

you can do rangers and the DR Congo as they dont have a manager at the start and will normally accept you if you apply

You could delete the manager from the national team you want to manage and the apply for them in the game after you picked your club.

This will probably sound a silly question but how do you apply for the DR Congo job? On their squad screen there's no application button and they're not on the jobs screen.

turn it upto 11

you would have to load all players from dr congo, any nation is manageable if you do this.

if you set yourself as a high reputation add yourself to the rangers job, get rid of the current scotland manager and apply, or do it the other way round
