Started a new game on the 8.0.2 as unemployed with a local rep but it does say on my profile "unproven" but still when i apply for low league clubs e.g from the blue sq north/south they reject me and hire someone with the same experience as me and same reputation its getting quite annoying as it is now march 08

Apply for jobs from other countries. If you are interested in managing in the lowest leagues, you should try LLM, Just make sure you read all the rules beforehand

i started sunday league and got a job in BSS(cant even remember the team now, thats how much i remember the earlier stages of my career) with someone in december

Also depends how many countries/leagues your running, starting unemployed with local or auto experience i always get offers from Korean and russian lower league teams when English teams won't touch me.
