After 8.0.2 upgate, I found a problem of team talk.
Most of the time I assign the teamtalk to the assistant Manager, but in 8.0.2, the Assistant Manager always gives (None) to the player.

can any one solve this problem for me?

Thought this was a problem as well but what Kazza said makes sense I suppose.

There aren't any bugs in FM. Just features that don't conform to universal opinion upon how they should work.

No its true, but its a different bug,

When i as my assistant to choose which to give he does and then when i chooose team they all do different things team always seems to be none for some reason. Very annoying.

Sometimes for me the teamtalk button refuses to change what the assistant has said and i have to change every player manually

So when it's on 'none' this is intended ? If I just select it and leave it are my players going to become annoyed about this ?

The reason I have my ass man doing this is because I don't want to have to take part in this appallingly implemented and designed part of the game. If I have to select something it defeats the point of having an option to have my assistant doing it.

I quite like it. It stops me being lazy and make the Ass Man do it.

Rafael, you can assign your ass man to take over all team talks by ticking a box in the manager settings if you never want to do it.
