I started a career with Mantova of the Serie B, I set my past experience to "Semi Professional" and in my first season I told the board I was expecting to have the team promoted to the Serie A.

First season came and went, I was promoted through the promotion playoff.

In my second season (first in Serie A) I told the board I was expecting to avoid relegation and I ended up finishing 13th, not bad eh?

My third season I told the board I would achieve a top half finish and I did just that. I finished 9th.

During the off-season I decided to turn down a renewed contract with Mantova because I wanted a fresh challenge...so I did and I couldnt find a job all summer.

So I went on looking for a job during the season, couldnt find one...summer time came around once again and still couldnt find one.

Here's a list of the clubs I applied for and was not accepted.

Middlesbrough

I know the idea of top clubs like Milan and Valencia not hiring me...but surely with my achievements I should be able to get jobs at the likes of Middlesbrough, Lens, Osasuna & Napoli (whom I finished ahead of in both my seasons in the Serie A).

I was even getting turned down for jobs in second divisions. (Bundesliga 2, Coca Cola, Serie B)
