I just hope it for all backgrounds like in old cm for the rgns nations, comps, teams, players and stadiums, we're not asking SI provide them! just let us put them in!!!

I agree with everyone. Made the game more realistic when you could see where you were playing. I still remember the Highbury pic from CM2. I used to dread playing in that place...

Why wont SI say yes this issue will be fixed in a patch or no they wont be working on the issue after xmas.

Just a simple yes or no, it looks like to me they are just trying to brush it under the carpet and we will forget about it.

It is the only thing missing for me in the game.

I think it may be something to do with the split from Champ Man and legal issues, if so tell us please.

Im totally down with the requests for background changes on this thread. i too have lots of stadium photos as well as some clasiic team photos (Villa 82, Real Madrid 60, Feyenoord 70 etc.) which added a nice touch to CM. I'm quite surprised that the option to do this has been omitted from FM

I added a few good backgrounds to the game, but got rid of them because it interfered with the skins. Couldn't see the text or stats properly.

I could do if there were any good websites around to upload them too. I uploaded some of them once before on the old CMSkins website but that seems to have completely dissapeared now or rather been replaced with a stupid search engine every time you try to click on anything on its pages. Someone told me that the geezer who ran the site was planning to get it back up and running when FM came out but ... no dice.

that's a very good idea. i also have lots of (hunders) pictures of stadiums and I also have a ton of player pics (in thousands). it would be cool to have one place where we could all upload them.

any word on whether or not we should expect the background changes in the next patch? that would make this game absolutely awesome. and if so, when would that patch come out? in a few months or sooner?
