so really if the debt get transfer to the club..then in order to reflect this into the game...i have got to give monthly returns around how much?.. so that the club won't fall into receivership...

making a club fall into a debt [Man Utd Case] Post #12
i've made the debt £400m (estimated how much glazer borrowed) repayable over 240 months (20 years) which means its paid back about £1.5m month, which won't bankrupt man utd but it will be enough to strain them.

so..are they able to make any major transfer throughout this period??... and how would the promised 20m transfer budget be reflected..if the club is like in a debt being payable only after 20 years????

yes you can de-list the club - on the club finances part in the editor just untick the box called 'PLC'. and yes the club can still make transfers with their currrent finances - any loans you set are paid monthly depending obviously on how many payments you set. On my game I have set Man Utd with £45m finances, a £20m transfer budget, and then set the loan to the bank of £400m over 240 months.

i've just made malcolm glazer chairman so far, its all too complicated who's on the new board or anything! as far stats its pretty hard to know since nobody really knows what he'll be like. i can't even find his date of birth anywhere! but making glazer chairman and then making man utd hate glazer should be interesting.

dunno yet i havn't tested it properly, but from experience of past games if the fans hate the board/chairman etc they pressure them all the time and try to force them out, and generally the club is unsettled - anyone remember the 'sack the board' crowd chant from years ago?!?!
