there is a file called fake.init around one these forums and various fansites. ( http://www.sortitoutsi.net) this sorts out the german and dutch squad and Oliver Khan's name. I think you have to start a new game though.
No editor available will do this save game, real time

actually installing the file works mid game...
And please dont ask this either, I think its their for legal reasons, so people should stop asking otherwise SI could get into trouble I think.

| There are many threads on the german national team being unmanagable, maybe you should of did a search first mate. You cant manage the german national team because of legal reasons, SI dont have a licence for the german national team, could dave c or someone else confirm this for me

As far as I know the file is called fake.lnc.
And if I am correct there is nothing illegal at making your own updates (which in fact is what you are doing)

SI don't have the rights for the German and Dutch national teams, basically because of red tape. So for si to distribute the game with these teams would be illegal. For us to edit our own copys of fm is not illegal, but to distribute the file to other FM users is ilegal, so in theory we could get sued by the dutch and german FA
