Where do I extract things such as superleagues to???

Double-click on the .rar file to look at what's inside, then search for where those files already exist on your computer.

It depends on where the game is installed, but it is usually:

"C

Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2005\data\db\"

make sure to back up the files that are in the "db" folder

if you don't like the superleague you just downloaded, your previous data is overwritten
