How do you edit the prize money for the different rounds of cups?

I don't hate them, but if you see how the league was set up (using FIFA Ranking from June 2005) you'll notice that all clubs from those FIFA countries were picked because they had won their domestic leagues.
The last few leagues were filled using UEFA Co-If's and my own personal preference.
Since Chelsea won the EPL last year they were England’s rep.
If I hated Man U, they wouldn't be in it at all.
