Do you people think the only way to be successfull at training your club is to hire alot and i mean ALOT of coaches in the World Class/Contenential type rating ?

I am Manager at Liverpool FC and have 20 coaches. Now take a look at the screenshot and you will then know what I mean ...



As you can all see I have 5 stars everywhere except for SET PIECES which has 4 stars. the limit is 20 coaches as I hired 5-6 more but the board cancelled those because they thought I already had enough coaches.

So people, what are your general thoughts on this ?

right, so why are we getting straight lines? instead of seeing developments, ups and downs, thus being able to moniter their progress accordingly.

I can't see why you need 20 coaches???

when there are only 9 fields that they can coach in! at most you would need 18! but even then you are over doing it!

I push for 9 good ones and I have found that this year things are very slow training wise but i've not bothered too much about it as I have left all my players in general and most of them have increased by 1 in the departments that I would like them to!

Question.

While hiring a coach my board suggest that we should have no more than 6 coaches. Do you ever care? I mean, I always strive to have that many coaches to ensure I have 4-5 stars in every field. That's why I usually ignore this kind of advices - does that have an impact on antyhing?

I only have this many coaches because then I dont have to actually site down and think ouit how to do training at all. I have tried to do it properly but it just does my head in and I dont have time to site down for 12+ hours to work it out properly so I just do it the easy way.

Spose if/when someone brings out the cheat training I spose I will bring it down to 10 or so.

4-5 stars per training programme, that's impressive! The Newcastle coaches I have inherited mustn't be up to much. All of my training progammes bar the goalkeeping have 2 stars, keeping has 5 for some reason. Would love to get shot of my back room staff and bring in my own but Freddy keeps telling me I can't get shot of them!! Any one got any ideas??

I really don't know what difference this makes if I'm perfectly honest. It certainly isn't something I'll fracture my wage structure for.
