Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Why use other people's schedules and not create your own? For starters, I suggest you create different schedules for all types of players (defenders, midfielders, attackers), and set the overall workload to the borderline of medium and high. In each case focus on the specific training needed by the respective players. Eg, train your defensemen more on defense, also on tactics, strength etc, less on attacking or shooting.
Also keep an eye on each player's page, at Training -> Overview, to see how satisfied he is with the current training schedule.
