Maybe you're right but if you change tactics often, your players will feel insecure in their role. So you should work on a perfect tactic, and use it for the rest of your life, like I did.

I think his point is that once your preferred tactic is set the AI prepares to face that formation and thus gives you a much harder game. Nothing to do with how comfortable your players are, just how prepared your opposition are.
I've seen the same thing, after 12-15 matches it becomes virtually impossible to keep a winning run going, this might be the answer.

Seems to me that you have a point, but slightly wrong.
I dont think that the game gets harder as the opponents learn your formation. I think it gets easier when you change it, and back to normal.
Think of it as you turn up one saturday afternoon playing a 3-5-2 short passing, when your opponent has spent all week preparing his team to face your normal 4-2-4 long ball.
