Default 4-4-2 counter attacking for me in FM07! Used it as a starting point and its working fine! Obviously everyone plays the way they want but i do think people mistake their tactic being found out by the AI for just a slump in form. Its much more about the players and the hidden stats like consistancy and weather they enjoy the big games.

And current morale of course! There are hundreds of factors that decide a game dont get to hung up about tactics!
