Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Preaseason Training

How high should I set my workloads for preseason training? I have a lot of players that need some strength training, but setting it too high leads to a lot of injuries.

Does anyone have any advice?

Does the heavy strenght and aerobic training really give any profits throughout the season? I mean, technical attributes drop a lot, physical attributes go up a little, but after a few months of regular training physicals go back to 'defaults'.

Does anyone have ever actually benefited from preseason harcore training? Maybe it's just me who can't set the sliders well...

No mate, I cant move the slider on the default training program either.
And on a new schedule, you cant move the overall workload slider either......... or is it just me?

You have to adjust the overal workload by adjusting the individual workload untill it's fixed in a patch.
