Allright, straight to the point...

Im using these 2 wonderkids as strikers

Ive brought Anderson to my squad, hoping he and Jo will become the best attacking couple in the Premier division

Problem is, im not satisfied with Anderson the way he is performing.

So im asking YOU what you could suggest...?

Im playing a 442 system which works really well. Playing down both flanks as i got nice wingers.

You can see in the screenshot of Anderson his attributes... I can mention some of his prefered moves : Dictates tempo, winds up opponents, triest tricks and 4-5 more.

Basically, i would like to use this guy more into my games. I read somewhere in this forum that his Free Role attribute is 20 (allthou i cant find that attribute), should i use that?

Enlighten me with some tactical options for this young star player

IRL (real life) Anderson plays for Porto as AM C in 4x3x3 tactic. I watch lot´s of games because i´m portuguese and i guarantee he´ll be top class soon (still 18 years).

So, i sugegest you train him to play as AM C or as FC more deeper. In 2nd option, give him 14-16 mentality slider or just put a barrow to AM C position.
As for player instructions, free role is a must (it´s not a player stats like creativity or flair). Anderson got very nice technique stats and he´ll play wonderful with creavity freedom some how relatively high.

OMG you're giving Anderson €81,250 per week.
He he no wonder he's not performing up to expectations - you've spoiled him by giving him so much money for his age.

Just kidding... perhaps you should try to make him target striker and try to instruct other players to send him ball into feet.
He is a really good player, but also a young one so fluctuations in his perormance shouldn't be too surprising. When he turns over 23 years of age, then he'll be top class I reckon.
